Specialist Lawyers for Package Holiday Compensation Claims

We have wide experience in assisting clients who have suffered accidents whilst on holiday, which have resulted in personal injury and financial loss. This is an extremely distressing experience and our specialist lawyers will make every effort to guide and advise you on this complicated area of personal injury law.

If you have suffered an injury whilst on a package holiday, you may be entitled to pursue a claim for compensation against the travel agent or tour operator. Under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992, a claim can be brought in the UK without having to involve foreign parties. Under the Regulations, the package holiday provider is contractually responsible for all services purchased, including accommodation, air travel transfers and organised excursions. The Regulations also apply to cruises and other holidays where there is pre-arranged transport and accommodation provided.

So, for example, if you have tripped or slipped on defective flooring in a hotel, suffered food poisoning, sustained injury whilst being transported on holiday, or were the victim of faulty accommodation facilities or equipment, you may be entitled to claim compensation from the holiday provider. We have successfully claimed thousands of pounds for clients who have suffered these types of accidents and numerous others.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for immediate and comprehensive advice on your entitlement to pursue a claim against the holiday provider under the Package Holiday Regulations.
